The works on display explore shelter as a fragile and temporary space, between protection and vulnerability, in an era marked by nomadism, porous borders, and architecture that is born as ruins.SHELTERS FROM THE STORM is the title of the group exhibition curated by Yimei Zhang and Tommaso Gatti with artists Aldo Mozzini, Lucia Cristiani, Rachele Monti, Rebecca Solari and Tristebacio Club, at La Rada in Locarno. This exhibition pays tribute to a space that for many years has been a place for discussion and sharing: a “rada”, or harbour, sheltered from wind and waves.
