ZURICH ART WEEKEND is a non-profit organisation that brings together Zurich’s major public and private art institutions through a variety of initiatives and events.
The yearly highlight event, ZURICH ART WEEKEND, gathers major public and private art institutions to shed new light on the art scene of Switzerland’s largest city.
For the occasion, art lovers and art professionals are invited to participate in a rich programme of more than 100 events in over 60 different locations. Among those, exhibition openings and collection visits, guided tours, performances and urban interventions, artists talks and thought-provoking panel discussions, cocktails and other gatherings all around town that put the arts centre stage. In parallel, online-only curated events allow to make new discoveries and to meet the protagonists of the local art scene.
The fourth edition of ZURICH ART WEEKEND will take place between Friday, September 17 and Sunday, September 19, 2021.
Zurich Art | March, 5–7 and Zurich Art | June, 11–13 are two new initiatives created in response to the challenging and yet resourceful circumstances that the art world continues to face.
